We inspect the roof and visible exterior components related to your concern. Roof and storm assessments include photographs when conditions safely allow.
You get a clear explanation of what we found, whether repair or replacement is appropriate, and a written scope with material and warranty options. For insurance projects, we prepare an independent construction scope and compare it with the carrier’s estimate.
We coordinate materials, protect the property, complete the approved work, manage cleanup, perform a magnetic nail sweep where appropriate, and keep you informed throughout.
We review the completed work, provide final documentation, explain maintenance expectations, and register qualifying manufacturer warranties.
A planned twice-a-year maintenance membership that would assess your roof, gutters, siding, and more — so small problems get caught before they become expensive ones. The planned program would include a Roof Health Score condition rating and a replacement-credit structure once enrollment opens.
